Shipping Policy: At Mantramm, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Customers will receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels once the order is dispatched. Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate, as incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays or return of the shipment. In case of a damaged or tampered package, customers are advised to contact us as soon as possible with photographs or videos of the package and product. We currently provide shipping services across India, subject to courier availability.
